At Local Par Golf, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues or buyer’s remorse.

Replacements & Refunds

We’ll gladly replace or refund your item if:

It arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted

You receive the wrong item 

 

To request a replacement or refund, please email us at Support@localpar.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

Your order number

A photo of the issue

A brief description of the problem

We’ll get back to you within 48 hours.

What We Can’t Accept

We cannot offer returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size ordered (please refer to our size guide before purchasing)

Change of mind

Customer-entered errors (like incorrect shipping address)

📦 Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived and it’s past the estimated delivery window, contact us. We’ll work with our production and shipping partners to make it right.
